Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport with cardiovascular exercise for players of all levels. Through drills, games and music, cardio tennis delivers the ultimate calorie burning aerobic workout in a fun group setting. Unlike other Cardio Tennis programs, we limit the number of participants to six for every one-hour session ($16 per 1hr class). Among the times we currently offer include:

Monday 7:30am-8:30am
Tuesday 1-2pm
Wednesday 12-1pm, 1-2pm
Thursday 11am-12pm
Friday 7-8am
