Private lessons are available everyday of the week beginning as early as 6:00am.
Lessons can last as short as 30 minutes and as long as 2 hours.
Please give us 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your scheduled lesson.

Massage Benefits

Deep techniques are best for keeping athlete's bodies healthy. For instance, in trigger point therapy, a knuckle or elbow is pressed and held into a tight spot in the muscle. When eased up, the spot is flushed with blood and oxygen which can help release spasms, elongate muscles and heal the area.
