Lucas Johnson as participated in a number of programs at Tennis Rhode Island over the past four years. In his preparation for the Barrington High School team in 2017, Lucas is currently enrolled in a Wednesday class from 3:30 to 5pm and occasionally plays in weekend tournaments here at the club. Deep techniques are best for keeping athlete's bodies healthy. For instance, in trigger point therapy, a knuckle or elbow is pressed and held into a tight spot in the muscle. When eased up, the spot is flushed with blood and oxygen which can help release spasms, elongate muscles and heal the area.
